This is one of the largest housing developments in Hampshire, with thousands of new homes to be built over the next 20 years. To support this there will be significant commercial, retail and leisure development. The vision is to create a hub for technology businesses that complement the high environmental values and standards promoted throughout the regeneration.
With the departure of the MoD from Whitehill & Bordon, this has released a large amount of land for new commercial developments to provide modern, high quality space for businesses.
There is also new development opportunities for inward investors.
